OUR CLEANLINESS PROMISE
Our housekeeping team now spends more time than before to comprehensively clean the home. In our partnership with the Vacation Rental Mgmt Association (VRMA), we are following new protocols issued by the CDC and WHO, including use of approved disinfectants and a more regimented process for cleaning high-traffic surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, counter tops and cabinet handles. We stock the home with cleaning products for your use as well. All linens are always freshly laundered in high temperature wash cycles and you can be assured anything that touches you has been cleaned each stay. This is our commitment to you.

After you’ve booked your Austin vacation home with NEST, we will reach out to determine what level of services you would like to enjoy during your stay at a NEST home. Choose from grocery delivery, private chef, family cooking lessons, catered meals, family scavenger hunts on property, yoga instruction by the pool or privately led hikes in nearby state parks. Whatever you can imagine, NEST can make happen. We want your stay to be filled with family memories that last a lifetime.

You likely chose a NEST home because of all the fun outdoor amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, corn hole, KanJam, or outdoor tournament ping pong table, but let’s be honest, staying in to play BOARD GAMES & CARD GAMES is lots of fun too! Choose from an assortment of all-time family favorites from JENGA, UNO, SCRABBLE, CONNECT 4, POKER SETS and PLAYING CARDS. Time flies when playing games and this is where memories are made, the unplanned moments just connecting with one another.
NEED SOME ALONE TIME
Want some alone time, our home has SMART TVs where you can access your own NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME-TV, ROKU and other apps to binge-watch your favorite show!
WE LOVE OUR PETS TOO
All of our homes, although luxury homes, are PET FRIENDLY. We invite up to two of your favorite furry friends to join you. Let us know in advance, we will be sure they are welcomed with dog bowls and a special treat of their own! (Pet Fee applies)
