It all began in 2000, when I purchased my first rental property. That single purchase inspired what has now become a full-service property management company for select vacation homes. By developing a reputation for excellent service and well-appointed accommodations, Nest Vacation Rentals has expanded to include homes located in downtown Austin SoCo District, luxury homes in the Westlake area of downtown, and upscale, expansive homes just south of the downtown, each with its own signature design, atmosphere and décor.
We have relationships with a team of housekeeping and maintenance professionals who treat each home as their own and support our desire to exceed each guest’s expectations.
Our goal is never to be the largest management company in Austin. Instead, we focus on helping our guests realize their own perfect retreat—one unique vacation at a time.

In 2014, after dedicating 20yrs to a career in the high-tech industry working for a Fortune 100 company, Tracey decided to parlay her Sales, Marketing and Operations expertise into expanding their existing two vacation rental properties into a small portfolio of select luxury homes, focusing on the guest experience. Her passion for Interior Design has ensured guests are delighted with the aesthetic of each and every home in the portfolio, delivering the perfect combination of comfort, luxury and amenities. Wisdom tells us to “do what we love”, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Her lifelong passion for music, combined with her experience in Austin’s vibrant live entertainment venues, enables her to guide our guests to enjoyable and memorable visits. She provides guests with professional and attentive service while making them feel comfortable with her humorous and fun personality. Kaylise Irizarry, 23, is from the small town of Blessing, Texas. Kaylise received her undergraduate degree from Texas State University and her Masters Degree from University of Houston. In addition to her role at NEST, she works as a Marketing Strategy Consultant, and also enjoys planning fun weekends for her bachelor & bachelorettes with her event planning company, Bach Shit Crazy TX. Her faith and family are a testament to all that she is. A lifelong Astros fan and musician, Irizarry counts taking the microphone at Minute Maid Park a highlight of her life, with each opportunity that she is given.
