What an amazing home! Our family had such a pleasant stay here. Between the cleanliness of the home, the modern furnishings, the great location, and the amount of space, it was just the perfect place for us! The home was so close to many different hot spots in Austin. The convenience of staying in a hotel downtown, with the coziness of a home. This home was perfect for our busy days in Austin and provided a great place to come back to each evening!

We needed a family getaway for a few days and SoCo Bungalow was the perfect choice. The photos do represent what you’re getting perfectly. It is obvious a lot of care and planning went into the design of this charming remodeled home, it is so spacious! The kitchen is awesome with super nice appliances and furnishings. It’s no more that 5 min drive to most of the cities hot spots. The best part is the price, by comparison to similar rentals- this offers an excellent value. Slept like a baby!

My friends and I came to Austin for a long weekend trip. After much research we came across this listing and I will tell you there isn’t anything comparable for the location and price. When we arrived we were highly surprised at how nice it is, everything is so nice and clean. The kitchen appliances are high end, the sound system is great, and they even have an extra refrigerator which is useful in a foodie town. I don’t think we had to drive more than 5 miles to get to an attraction.

We shot a commercial in this home, and it was beautiful! The owner was very accommodating, helpful and so easy to work with! I would recommend this house for any future filming shoots and I would imagine it would be a great place to stay if you’re visiting Austin. We loved the location of it, and it’s so close to so many great restaurants and local hotspots.

This is how it is done! No more words are necessary. These folks have it down to a science. This was definitely an extraordinary experience with all the comforts of home. Immaculate space with very comfortable beds and all of the modern conveniences. The house even has a keyless entry, so no key exchange was necessary. Once we were in, we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine, Wi-Fi instructions and a well-thought out list of local. Hands down, one of the most seamless stays we have had and we will definitely stay here next year.

My family and I had the privilege of staying at this wonderfully appointed waterfront home. You can see the attention to detail throughout the house; all the way to the boat dock! Tracey was fantastic calling on the first night to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. There are so many modern conveniences to speak of: updated sound system for Bluetooth devices; well appointed bathrooms that looks like a 5 star hotel and a chef’s dream kitchen. It is all right there for you to enjoy. We just had the best time and hated to leave. If you have the opportunity……run don’t walk to rent this place!

This vacation rental has everything a house needs and more, without sacrificing style or design. The finish out on this home is absolutely beautiful, yet nothing distracts from the true star of this house – the view. The open kitchen, dining room, and living area are all impeccably designed. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked to handle any type of cooking or food preparation. The outdoor space at this property makes this home really feel like a getaway. Can’t wait to go back to this gorgeous waterfront oasis!

Our stay was just marvelous! The location was a seven minute walk to Green Pastures. The house was perfect for our family. There were many great restaurants close and very easy to get to shopping and other venues. The owners were very responsive to questions. Loved the house!

Our group booked a stay at Casa Mañana as we traveled from W. Virginia to watch our college football team take on UT. Although we were defeated, we had a wonderful stay here in Austin, thanks to Tracey. We arrived at Casa Mañana to find a clean home that was updated and perfect for our group of 3 couples. The home is located in a convenient location to access downtown Austin and was a short 5 miles to the stadium and 8 miles to the airport. Tracey was always quick to respond to any emails, phone calls, etc. throughout the last few months as we planned our stay.
